Minimum Order
Do you have a minimum order?
There is a $50 minimum dollar amount for credit card orders.

 
Cancelling Orders
All orders must be cancelled in writing on your company letterhead. If the order has been pulled for shipment, you will be subject to a 15% restock fee.

 
Tax Exempt Status
How do I get a Tax Exempt Form?
You may download a Michigan Tax exempt form here (link).  Tri-County Packaging must have this form on-file in order to accept tax-exempt purchases.

Rush Shipments/Special Instructions
Please request UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2 Day Air, UPS Next Day Air. We will promptly take care of your needs.

Shipping Policy
What is your shipping policy?
Tri-County Packaging ships prepaid and invoices you for the charges, unless you select your our carriers.

o Your order is shipped from the nearest Tri-County Packaging location the same day, if the order is placed by noon that day.

o UPS or Local Freight will be used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.

UPS or Local Freight will be used whenever possible. However, should your order exceed UPS size or weight limits, "Common Carrier" will be selected to speed delivery to you.

We encourage all of our customers to use Tri-County Local Freight shipping if they live in Detroit area.
